WOW! This is totally exciting! (can you tell I'm enthused?) I've been wanting to start up a blog for some time now to give insight into my writing and the challenges of being a writer.
For writing can be hard. Then again for some it's not the writing part thats hard its the publishing part that is the challenge.
My advice:
Research
Yes, research is helpful, and I know it sometimes can go right over your head even making you more anxious from when you first started. But......
And this is a very important but...
You will find that the more you research the easier it will be for you to understand, write things the correct way, and coduct things as they should.
Caution: you may not get it right the first time (even after you've done the research because you know there can be more than one way to do it right *sometimes*), but keep trying and you'll be sure to score.
Personally, I think it takes hands on before things will flow smooth like.
One doesn't besome a doctor just by reading the text book. They actually have to experience it.
Sure anybody can look at blood and guts in the book, and say this is how to take care of that. But when it comes to the real situation, there are a dozen of factors that they will experience that they didn't in class.
So I guess in summary...
- Research, research, and yes, research
-Learn from your mistakes, and others as well
- Don't give up
Yes, this post may be a bit of a deer trail, but as things progress, the posts will be more direct.
