Because of the Music



       

When I write I often listen to music.  Particularly when I'm trying to set a certain mood.  It truly does help!  I have yet to master a scene that brings tears to people's eyes.  (except if its because the scene was so badly put together. [:   

Music is vital to set the mood.  Just look at movies.  One of the reasons that horror movies are so scary is because of the music.  I know people who have watched horror movies with the sound off just so that they could watch it. 

Scenes that normally wouldn't get to you is because of the music.  That or you were having an off day. 

Writers have to write the right words creating the wanted actions to get the desired affect on the readers. 
True writers get the affects that they were planning for.

Course people react differently to the same thing so you never know, but usually, you can tell by the majority wether it was or not. 

I guess there always is audio books.
